Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period as outlined in the lease until the 5th of the month. On the 6th of each month, a late fee in the amount of $75 is added to your account. There is a $35 NSF charge for any payments returned by your bank.

You may pay your rent in the following forms:

• Money Order or Cashier's Check
  
• Credit Card, Debit Card by phone or online
  
• ACH Debit
  
• Automatic withdrawal from your Checking or Savings Account

We have a dedicated staff prepared to take care of all your apartment service request. Maintenance hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact our office or submit a request for service through this site.

Our maintenance staff is available 24/7 for maintenance emergencies. The contact number for emergency maintenance is 248-506-4632.

Below are the issues we consider a maintenance emergency:

• No heat (temps under 60 degrees)
  
• No water
• Toilet backing up
• Leak
• Lockout (Residents must pay $25 at the time of lockout)
• No electricity (after contacting DTE 800-477-4747 to insure it isn't a utility issue)
